The one thing I would say that could improve the experience is to control the competition a little better. I had other drivers from different companies trying to help with our luggage at the beginning for the sake of a tip(propina) and it just made things awkward.

Overall, the driver was a pleasure to deal with. I would use him again without any hesitation.
